My parent were pretty brave ( or just crazy)...they even took a rode trip from Southern California to Kentucky with 4 kids under the age of 6.
Over the last 30 years those family trips have continued as our family of 10 has grown to 53! Being the designated family photographer, I have some pretty fun photos of all those camping trips....Here some pictures of our vacations through the years. Some of the dates might be off by a year.

Wow Beth....what great photos. What a gift for your family to have all the photo!!!
Do you guys camp in Idaho? And who plans all these trips????
My mom is from Idaho and this summer her family is planning a Family Reunion at my Uncle's Ranch. My mom is one of 11 children and I am one of 49 first cousins...so it gets pretty crazy, but fun!
I love old pictures of your family.
hahaha. Wow. Those pictures are amazing. And you're right. Max does look like Ruth in those pictures. I was trying to remember what year Chris and I tagged along with you guys. I loved that trip and have so many memories of camping with your family. I seriously love the picture this year of the whole family in red, white and blue.
I love camping with the family! So many good memories, I hope we keep this tradition up for a loooooooooonnnnnngggggggg time!
I love all of those old-school photos! If you cut Ruth's hair (just a little bit) and put glasses on her, she would be a ringer for Max for sure! So cute!
